Hotel Theborn Jeju - Seogwipo

Had a great weekend break with nice comfortable room. the gym had all the equipment I needed for a good workout. the location was perfect, close to the beach and cafes. Another advantage I enjoyed was the free breakfast in the morning, where there was a good selection of food to choose from.

The staff could improve their customer service skills. They rarely smiled or greeted guests which made me feel awkward.

The hotel's location is excellent, with several nearby restaurants and shops. the room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was well-equipped and maintained. the breakfast was ample and had a variety of options, including hot and cold items. the gym was well-maintained and had modern equipment. the staff was mostly helpful, except for one glaring issue.

Some of the staff members were not as courteous or professional as one would expect, which could sometimes be a drawback.

The room was charming and cozy, exactly what we wanted for our romantic escape. The gym was well-equipped and helped us maintain our fitness goals during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the local attractions that we wanted to visit.

The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. They never acknowledged us when we arrived and seemed too busy with other things to pay us any attention.
